You'll partner with GTM leadership to build AI-driven automations and internal tools that streamline sales and marketing workflows, directly impacting revenue. Using AI coding tools, you'll create hybrid solutions that blend low-code platforms with custom scripts, ensuring data integrity and rapid iteration.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, or Business Systems
• Proven track record building complex workflows with business logic
• Comfortable reading API docs, writing SQL, and debugging Python with AI help
• Able to explain technical constraints to VPs and business value to engineers

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to map workflows and automate high-leverage tasks
• Design and maintain hybrid automations blending low-code tools with custom scripts
• Rapidly build internal web apps using AI-assisted coding workflows
• Orchestrate data flow across Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Snowflake
• Test and iterate on new AI agents, enrichment tools, and APIs
