📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience as IT Recruiter / Talent Sourcer
• Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
• Strong Boolean search skills and experience with sourcing tools
• Ability to assess hard and soft skills using various interview techniques
