🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day plant operations to meet safety, quality, production, and cost goals.
• Assign tasks and monitor productivity of shift team members.
• Conduct shift meetings and ensure daily communications.
• Maintain documentation on employee performance and accountability.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience, preferably in wood products.
• Proficient in basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
