You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact, promoting adoption of Compass technology and providing essential marketing support. You'll partner with the Onboarding team to welcome new customers and serve as a mentor to junior coordinators. This role is 100% in-office in Beverly Hills, CA.

  • Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and training
  • Provide marketing support from templates and liaise with specialists
  • Partner with Onboarding team on strategy and logistics

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, or operations
  • Previous experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence)
  • Ability to establish credibility with key decision-makers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
