You'll provide strategic legal advice to management on risk and compliance, ensuring the Group's interests are protected. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements and corporate resolutions.
• Advise management on legal risks of business transactions and decisions.
• Govern corporate housekeeping and regulatory compliance for affiliates.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend improvements to legal standards.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws from a reputable law school.
• 2-3 years post-Bar experience in corporate law or contract management.
• Advanced proficiency in drafting and governing complex commercial contracts.
• Proven track record with Philippine regulatory bodies (SEC, NTC, BIR, etc.).
