Description

You will lead the Finance Team's financial-systems strategy, providing expert guidance on ERP solutions (primarily Workday Financials) and related systems. Your role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Workday Financial Management solutions, ensuring robust and scalable systems that meet business needs.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Workday Core Financials (General Ledger, Business Assets, Supplier Accounts Payable, Procurement, Expenses)
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM, Adaptive Planning, Integrations, and PeopleSoft Financials preferred
• Proven experience leading ERP integrations including design, build, testing, and training
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5-7 years of similar experience

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using multiple information sources and stakeholder views
• Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus
• Lead implementation and management of Workday Financial Management solutions
• Perform analysis, design, scheduling, construction, delivery, and maintenance of Workday Financial Management products
• Develop and oversee system controls to ensure data integrity and efficiency
