Description

You will join a Real Estate and Business and Transactions group, working on complex commercial real estate matters. You will draft and negotiate key documents for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing, advising clients throughout the real estate life cycle.

Requirements

3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, retail and office leasing, debt and equity financing
Background representing sellers, buyers, lenders or borrowers
Strong organizational skills
Experience with condominium regimes or homeowners' associations preferred
Willingness to learn low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits and new markets tax credits preferred

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, consulting agreements, property management agreements, development agreements, easement agreements
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, retail and office leasing, and debt and equity financing
Work on mixed-use, multi-family, affordable housing, shopping center and office developments
