💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the CPTO and Product & Engineering leadership to drive strategic planning and execution across the R&D organization. You'll translate business priorities into actionable initiatives and strengthen cross-functional coordination between R&D and GTM teams. This role offers the chance to shape the operating rhythm of a growing fintech SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive quarterly strategic planning with CPTO and Product & Engineering leadership.
• Establish and improve operational cadences, planning cycles, and leadership reviews.
• Act as bridge between R&D and GTM teams for cross-functional coordination.
• Lead process improvement initiatives for execution excellence.

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years in strategy consulting, technical program management, or product operations.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs in B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience building and maintaining operational cadences like planning, retrospectives, and OKRs.

• Background in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with AI/ML development processes or data platform initiatives.
• Experience supporting executive leadership (CPO, CTO, or VP).
