🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead consulting engagements as Account Manager, Project Leader, or Project Support to ensure successful delivery
• Oversee project timelines, scope, quality, and identify additional client value opportunities
• Develop consulting standards, methodologies, and compliance practices across engagements
• Mentor staff through coaching, onboarding, and professional development initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's strongly preferred
• Progressive leadership experience in healthcare management or consulting
• Proven success leading consulting engagements and cross-functional project teams
• Strong expertise in healthcare service line operations and hospital-physician alignment
