๐ผ About This Role
You'll take full ownership of variable compensation for our GTM organization, running the monthly commission cycle end-to-end and maintaining plan logic in our commission tool. You'll partner closely with Sales leadership and RevOps to act as the single source of truth for commissions, directly impacting how reps are paid and how Finance reports performance.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Run the monthly commission cycle for the GTM org.
- Administer plan assignments and quotas in Salesforce Spiff.
- Prepare accrual postings and variance analysis for Finance.
- Support annual plan design and stakeholder alignment.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on commission management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Working knowledge of a modern commission platform like CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or Everstage.
- Strong analytical foundation with advanced Excel / Power BI / Google Sheets.
- CRM literacy โ Salesforce reporting and data extraction.
โจ Nice to Have
- Background bridging Finance and GTM (e.g., FP&A or Sales Finance).
- Experience in HR Controlling.
- SQL skills or BI tools experience.
