💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full sales cycle for Flow's AI-native requirements platform, selling to engineering teams building complex hardware and software systems. You'll define go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced startup. This is an early-stage role with direct impact on commercial success.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business.
  • Build and manage pipeline of engineering and aerospace/defense customers.
  • Partner with product and engineering to relay customer feedback.
  • Represent Flow at industry events and customer meetings.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience selling to technical buyers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.

  • Familiarity with engineering, PLM, or requirements management tools.
  • Experience selling into hardware or aerospace/defense organizations.
