💼 About This Role
You'll lead the full sales cycle for Flow's AI-native requirements platform, selling to engineering teams building complex hardware and software systems. You'll define go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced startup. This is an early-stage role with direct impact on commercial success.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business.
- Build and manage pipeline of engineering and aerospace/defense customers.
- Partner with product and engineering to relay customer feedback.
- Represent Flow at industry events and customer meetings.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience selling to technical buyers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.

- Familiarity with engineering, PLM, or requirements management tools.
- Experience selling into hardware or aerospace/defense organizations.
