🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI-powered IVR testing platform.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Lead product discovery using data, customer feedback, and AI/ML insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing teams.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• At least 3 years in a senior or lead product role.
• Proven experience with AI/ML products and model lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts like LLMs and prompt engineering.

• Knowledge of telephony systems, IVR platforms, or voice infrastructure.
• Experience in SaaS, conversational AI, or enterprise platforms.
