Description

You will define and execute the risk strategy for Housecall Pro's platform, protecting payments, accounts, and communications. You'll partner with engineering, risk operations, and analytics to build scalable fraud detection and abuse prevention systems, while mentoring teams and leading incident response efforts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience delivering complex platform-level systems
• Deep domain expertise in Fintech, Payments, Trust & Safety, or Security at scale
• Proven experience using AI tools and automation to improve team efficiency or output quality
• Ability to influence at executive level and lead across multiple teams
• Technical mastery of system architecture, event-driven environments, and enforcement mechanisms

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year risk strategy and roadmap covering payments risk, account takeover, and platform abuse
• Architect scalable risk capabilities like universal signals, limit engines, and policy frameworks
• Lead cross-squad initiatives to integrate risk protections into core product DNA
• Drive evolution of internal risk tooling and automation to reduce operational burden
• Lead high-severity incident response and coordinate rapid containment and hardening
