You'll own the Sentry University virtual learning platform, creating and delivering training programs to drive platform adoption. Your work will directly accelerate customer time-to-value and enable cross-functional teams. You'll blend product evangelism with content production to inspire developers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Sentry University virtual learning platform and curriculum
• Create comprehensive training strategy for customer onboarding
• Build and operationalize certification program
• Design end-user training content for CSMs and SEs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical training development and delivery
• Strong knowledge in application monitoring field
• BA/BS degree in CS or equivalent
• Significant experience working with customers and partners
