You'll join a founding clinician team to provide integrated metabolic care for patients with chronic conditions like diabetes and obesity. You'll conduct telehealth visits, manage medications, and collaborate with dietitians and physicians. This role offers fully remote work and a focus on patient care with no administrative burden.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct telehealth patient care for metabolic conditions
• Collaborate with RDs and physicians on comprehensive care plans
• Manage medications and adjust treatment protocols
• Order and interpret labs, track patient outcomes

📋 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
• Board certification as FNP or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing metabolic conditions
• Authorization to work and be physically based in the U.S.
