You'll support IT needs across Brex, resolving tickets quickly to unblock employees. You'll provide in-office support 5 days a week while improving IT processes and systems. This role offers hands-on work with diverse tooling like Okta, Jamf, and Jira.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and scale IT infrastructure and tooling
• Provide in-office support 5 days a week
• Troubleshoot software issues for Mac and PC
• Support IT systems including Slack, G Suite, Jamf, Okta

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with IT Ops
• Proven ability to lead projects
• Strong Apple support experience
• Ability to handle support tickets in line with SLAs

✨ Nice to Have

• Jamf MDM experience
• Zoom Room configuration experience
• Experience supporting office builds from an IT perspective
