💼 About This Role

You'll split your time between hands-on coding and team leadership, owning the AssortOS platform powered by AI agents for healthcare. Your impact includes scaling the team from 4 to 10 engineers and driving patient experience improvements. You'll collaborate with Ops to translate customer insights into technical requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver critical AssortOS services
• Translate customer insights into technical requirements
• Own team-level OKRs and unblock engineers
• Rapidly ship MVPs and drive continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in a technical-lead or engineering manager role
• Systems-thinking to balance scalability, time-to-market, and user value
• AI agent space familiarity and deep integrations with bespoke systems
