You'll join a profitable, bootstrapped startup building LLM-powered tools for investment research. You'll shape product direction and translate business needs into applied ML/NLP solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate product needs into applied ML/NLP solutions through rapid prototyping
• Develop and optimize retrieval, search, and ranking algorithms
• Fine-tune SLMs/LLMs for high-accuracy, low-latency tasks
• Apply alignment techniques like DPO to improve user experience

📋 Requirements

• Based in NYC
• NLP/ML research experience with RAG, LLMs, and GenAI
• Proven experience building production ML systems for search/IR
• Strong communication skills for a client-facing role
