You'll manage employment law cases from start to finish, handling discrimination, wage/hour, and wrongful termination claims. Your work directly protects the firm from legal exposure and ensures regulatory compliance. You'll also drive billed production through accurate time capture and matter progression.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft employment agreements, policies, and compliance documentation
• Handle claims involving discrimination, wage/hour, and wrongful termination
• Prepare responses to EEOC, TWC, and DOL complaints
• Manage agency matters and support litigation activities

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar license
• 3+ years of experience in employment law
• Experience with employment-related litigation or administrative claims

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience drafting motions and legal briefs
• Client counseling on employment matters
• Knowledge of FLSA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, Texas Labor Code
