You'll partner with Product and Design to build and evolve user experiences across the full stack for EarnIn's Early Bets initiatives, empowering users with real-time financial flexibility. You will own both frontend and backend architecture, ensuring scalability and performance. This role offers the chance to work on 0-to-1 products in a remote setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and build user experiences across the full stack with modern technologies.
• Own frontend and backend architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Design complex frontend systems using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Lead cross-team technical initiatives and mentor engineers.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
• 4+ years of industry experience with depth in both frontend and backend.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Proficiency in Python and Django for backend development.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Copilot or Cursor.
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
