• Lead day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Own and manage HR systems including Paylocity and Greenhouse.
• Develop and deliver HR reporting and analytics.
• Oversee compensation programs and benefits administration.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience with exposure to compensation and employee relations.
• Hands-on experience managing HR systems (e.g., Paylocity, Greenhouse).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex spreadsheets.
• Experience with payroll processes and benefits administration.
