You'll join the Operations team to execute daily brokerage tasks, focusing on trade settlement and reconciliation. Your work ensures accuracy and supports Stash's mission to democratize wealth creation. This role offers a chance to leverage AI tools and automate processes in a fintech startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete daily brokerage operations reconciliations
• Ensure timely settlement of trades and client allocations
• Process and monitor ACATs transfers
• Monitor and manage corporate action events

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of brokerage operations experience
• Knowledge of Equities trading, clearance, ACATS, settlement
• FINRA Series 99 required
• Intermediate skills in SQL and VBA/Macros

• Margin experience
• Series 57 or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Series 7, 63
