You'll partner with cross-functional teams to drive channel sales marketing initiatives for a rapidly growing CPG company. Your work will directly shape annual sales planning and execution with field sales and retail partners. This role offers the chance to build strategy from the ground up in a B-Corp certified organization.
π― What You'll Do
- Assist with annual sales planning process for field sales
- Analyze data to identify sales-driven trends and opportunities
- Conduct weekly connect calls with Tier 1 customer teams
- Own maintenance of SharePoint site for sales resources
π Requirements
- 3-5 years related work experience in CPG/retail
- Fundamental understanding of trade management principles
- Fundamental understanding of category management principles
- Post-secondary education in related field
