💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design, development, and scaling of OXIO's modern data platform, integrating telecom, product, and customer data for real-time and batch analytics. You will drive data governance, build scalable APIs, and migrate toward a North Star data architecture. Your work will power ML-driven Customer 360 and advanced use cases like fraud detection and personalized engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and scale a unified data platform with data lakes and warehouses
• Design and implement streaming and batch pipelines using Spark, Airflow, DBT
• Lead infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Kubernetes
• Build APIs and data services for real-time and client-facing data sharing

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience focused on data systems
• 10+ years building data solutions with lakehouse and self-serve platforms
• 10+ years hands-on programming in Scala, Go, Python, and SQL
• 5+ years using Python, Spark, and Terraform for scalable data solutions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end frameworks like React
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
• Experience applying AI/ML and LLMs to data products
