💼 About This Role

You'll provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you'll evaluate and treat communication disorders while serving as a patient advocate and educator. This role offers a flexible schedule and autonomy in a supportive home health environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders
• Partner with Case Manager to provide skilled services for breathing, speaking, swallowing
• Educate patients and advocate for their care needs
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines
