You'll play a key role in delivering HR experiences at Stripe by processing transactions, addressing inquiries, conducting audits, and improving services for our global workforce. Your work ensures data accuracy and smooth operations.

Requirements

• 0-2 years HR experience, ideally in People Operations or HRIS
• Understanding of HR processes and systems (Workday preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in handling confidential information
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions accurately and on time
• Respond swiftly to inquiries ensuring excellent service delivery
• Audit and enter People data throughout employee lifecycle
• Facilitate Workday changes (hiring, management transitions, etc.)
• Track candidate documentation and oversee background checks
