🎯 What You'll Do

- Lead and develop Customer Service Supervisors across the region.
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Service, Service Operations, or Service Delivery.
- 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of Customer Service impact on billing and delivery.
