💼 About This Role

You'll lead accounting and operations for KKR's new Employee Capital Services team, overseeing discretionary fund investing and portfolio co-investing. This role is pivotal in consolidating capabilities across Finance, Human Capital, and Tax to create a leading internal advisory platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with internal quarterly reporting of funds' assets and revenue figures.
• Manage funds' annual and quarterly reporting to investors and regulatory bodies.
• Review discretionary capital activity including capital calls and distributions.
• Monitor employee leverage programs and produce line of credit reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant financial experience within fund accounting.
• At least 3 years in a management role (Controller, Senior Manager, VP, etc.).
• Expertise in investment services and private equity compensation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Investran financial system.
• Knowledge of SOX requirements and regulatory reporting.
• Background in private equity fund administration.
