🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform and optimize multi-step syntheses of protein-polysaccharide conjugates
• Purify polysaccharides and conjugates using dialysis, SEC, and TFF
• Analyze conjugates by colorimetric assays, HPLC, SEC-MALS, and SDS-PAGE
• Maintain accurate experimental records and track critical reagent inventory

📋 Requirements

• BS in Chemistry or Biochemistry with 2+ years industry experience, or MS with 1+ year
• Experience with laboratory-scale protein purification methods like dialysis and SEC
• Working knowledge of analytical methods including HPLC, SEC, and SDS-PAGE

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with TFF
• Hands-on experience with protein conjugation or polysaccharide chemical modification
