Description

You will lead the integration of acquisitions and strategic partnerships across the acquisition lifecycle, from pre-signing to post-close, collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders. This role involves owning integration strategy and execution across business functions, including G&A integration, and managing cross-company strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in corporate development, management consulting, or leading strategic cross-functional projects in tech
• BA/MA and/or MBA (top-tier programs preferred)
• Strong project leader and problem-solver with hands-on execution skills
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Lead complex PMI initiatives across all phases of the acquisition lifecycle
• Own and drive integration strategy and execution across multiple business functions
• Own G&A integration across billing, operations, and legal
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure successful integration and value realization
• Manage cross-company strategic initiatives from scoping through implementation
