Description

You will drive technical execution and quality standards, partner with Product Management, and lead a team of engineers to deliver successful projects on time. You'll be accountable for attracting, coaching, and retaining top talent while shaping the engineering vision.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Experience with Web and Native (iOS) applications
• Proven success driving complex, cross-functional engineering projects from concept to production

Responsibilities

• Drive technical execution of the roadmap ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with Product Management to manage technical roadmap and balance feature development, tech debt, and operational stability
• Act as primary technical contact for client and internal stakeholders, communicating progress and mitigating risks
• Define engineering quality standards and best practices
• Attract, nurture, coach, and retain engineering talent; develop career progression plans
