🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring urgent issue resolution.
- Lead implementation of new business from contract signed through launch.
- Analyze ride feedback to identify and implement service improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address systemic client issues.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation.
- Willingness to travel 10%-20% for client relationships and service strategies.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues swiftly.
- Strong communication skills to present insights and solutions effectively.
