Description

You will design, build, and deliver features for core document import/export services, ensuring high reliability and scalability. You'll integrate AI-powered features, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate within a 5-person team and broader track.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience with production systems and on-call
• Strong Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3 skills
• Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, Kafka
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and testing (JUnit)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deliver features to production
• Keep production services stable, respond to alerts and incidents
• Tackle scale-related technical problems in distributed systems
• Integrate AI-powered features (e.g., automatic field detection)
• Participate in code reviews, on-call rotation, and team rituals
