Description

You will own the strategic direction and roadmap for Altruist's trading platform, architect a comprehensive product strategy, drive cross-functional execution, lead technical and vendor decisions, and serve as the primary authority on trading product health. This high-visibility role impacts every advisor on the platform and requires balancing rapid innovation with extreme reliability in a regulated financial environment.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of product management experience from a high-caliber tech firm or fintech
• Prior experience in trading or investment platforms is a significant plus
• Foundational financial acumen
• Deep technical literacy
• Exceptional communication skills
• Operational flexibility to support US market hours
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA preferred
