💼 About This Role

You'll lead plumbing design for high-performance buildings as part of an integrated MEP+L team. You'll collaborate across studios to bring sustainable, community-first projects to life. This role offers mentorship from senior directors and career development support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare plumbing drawings for schematic design through construction documentation.
• Lead plumbing design and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop cost estimates and evaluate design alternatives.
• Support construction administration including RFIs and submittal reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in plumbing design.
• Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) credential or equivalent.
• Value engineering ability including cost estimates.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing and building codes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with medical gas, laboratory, or fire protection systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
