You'll lead customer deployments of AI agent solutions from kick-off to sustained automation performance. You'll manage complex multi-stakeholder accounts, diagnosing CX operational challenges and driving measurable outcomes like automation rate and deflection. This role offers deep impact in a fast-moving startup where you co-lead strategic accounts and shape the product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own deployments from zero to live, including automation setup and stakeholder alignment.
• Co-lead strategic accounts with senior team members.
• Diagnose and fix helpdesk configuration, ticket routing, and escalation issues.
• Keep every account moving with daily updates and proactive escalations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer experience operations, support ops, or implementation.
• Deep helpdesk fluency with Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar platforms.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple workstreams.
• Proactive data analysis to monitor automation rate and deflection patterns.

• SaaS or e-commerce background.
• AI tool fluency and active use in workflow.
• Experience co-leading accounts in a startup environment.
