You'll own how the product team operates, ensuring quality and velocity don't trade off against each other. You'll build scalable processes and drive AI automation for a fundraising platform used by global nonprofits like UNICEF. This hands-on role reports to the CPO.

• Lead cross-team process changes end-to-end
• Own quarterly planning and goal decomposition
• Drive AI automation of product workflows

📋 Requirements

• Process design experience in product or tech environment
• Cross-functional influence to align stakeholders
• Metrics-driven with baseline and measurement skills
• Fluent English (C1+)
