You'll lead value assurance for the Data & AI department, ensuring initiatives generate measurable business impact. You'll prioritize projects, quantify expected benefits, and validate realized results. This role also oversees data pipeline remediation and ViaReports dashboard maintenance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain the Data & AI Initiative Prioritization Framework.
• Quantify potential impact of initiatives using value models and financial projections.
• Monitor initiative execution and lead post-implementation value reviews.
• Oversee correction of data pipeline errors and update of ViaReports dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in value assurance, strategic analytics, or AI strategy.
• Strong financial modeling and benefit realization capabilities.
• Understanding of data pipelines, BI ecosystems, and data architecture.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

✨ Nice to Have

• Specialization or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or Economics.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted prioritization or predictive modeling.
