You'll manage a portfolio of high-value merchant accounts in the payments and fintech ecosystem, driving revenue growth and optimizing performance. You'll act as a trusted advisor, identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers global exposure to international clients in a fast-moving environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through data analysis
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
- Monitor payment KPIs and proactively address performance issues
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years in Account Management or Customer Success in FinTech/Payments
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and transaction flows
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret transaction data
