🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage organ offers and evaluate suitability with clinical teams
• Coordinate logistics for surgical teams and transport
• Support organ recovery as clinical resource
• Ensure accurate regulatory documentation and data entry

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or clinical program
• Active clinical license (RN, Respiratory Therapist, or Paramedic)
• 1 year experience in organ procurement or critical care
• Rotating 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends

• CPTC certification
• UNOS/UNET experience
• Familiarity with organ procurement systems
