Requirements

• 5+ years in backend software engineering
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or similar OOP languages
• Expertise in SQL and database management
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with microservices architecture

Responsibilities

• Lead team goals: contribute to system design, architecture, development, quality, and production deployment
• Design and implement scalable backend solutions for complex scenarios
• Collaborate with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams
• Improve engineering practices, suggest technology and process enhancements
• Monitor production systems, resolve critical challenges with customer-centric approach
