You'll drive alignment and execution for a hypergrowth stablecoin infrastructure company, building the operating system that keeps us pointed at the right problems. You'll alternate between strategy and operational work, from analyzing data to negotiating vendor deals. This role offers massive impact at a company funded by top investors like Sapphire and Khosla.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Improve operating cadence through OKRs and business reviews
• Drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across teams
• Define and operationalize core KPIs and dashboards
• Bring structure to ambiguous strategic problems

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in Business Operations, Strategy, or comparable roles
• Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto
• Highly analytical with SQL/BI tool proficiency
• Strong program management and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience setting up company operating systems (OKRs, QBRs)
• Comfort with dbt, Looker, or Hex
• Prior experience as a Founder or Product Manager
