You will oversee performance marketing campaigns across search, social, and programmatic, managing a small team and ensuring client goals are met. You'll be hands-on with Google Ads and Meta campaigns, driving measurable success and fostering client relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads or Search Ads 360 including Shopping and YouTube
- Hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads Manager
- Proven track record in SEM and paid social campaign execution and optimization
- Agency experience highly preferred
- Managerial or supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 digital marketing buyers or strategists
- Lead planning, execution, and optimization of SEM and paid social campaigns
- Oversee integrated digital marketing campaigns across search, social, display, programmatic
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights
