You'll combine digital content production and assignment editing as the hub of the newsroom at KENS 5 in San Antonio. You'll drive daily editorial execution, curate stories, and ensure content connects across streaming, digital, social, and broadcast. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead newsroom coverage during breaking news
• Create and publish content for digital platforms
• Curate and optimize content across broadcast and social
• Launch and manage livestreams as needed

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of journalism experience in a local newsroom
• Strong news judgment and ability to make fast editorial decisions
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Experience with content management systems

• Bachelor's degree in journalism or communications
• Experience with vertical video formats like TikTok
• Audience data and metrics analysis skills
