🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of operational programs.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve KPIs.
• Use analytics to monitor performance and drive data-driven decisions.
• Investigate root causes and lead iterative improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in operations, consulting, or program management.
• Native or equivalent fluency in Japanese.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, ambiguous programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and business intelligence tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a two-sided marketplace or last-mile logistics.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks.
• Fluency in English.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree.
