Description

You will act as the primary technical lead for Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer projects, bridging high-level strategy and technical execution while managing a team of engineers to deliver scalable data solutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• 3+ years managing or leading a technical team in agency or enterprise
• Proven track record implementing Adobe Real-Time CDP, AJO, and CJA
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform integrations

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for AEP, CJA, and AJO projects
• Manage and mentor a team of MarTech engineers
• Architect and oversee deployment of Adobe Web SDK and Edge Network
• Design XDM schema models and datastream configurations
• Lead cross-channel data integrations for CJA and journey insights
