You will lead the technical vision and execution for Robinhood Chain, Tokenization Engine, and Robinhood Wallet. You will write production code, mentor engineers, and drive engineering excellence in a hybrid team at the intersection of finance and blockchain technology.

Requirements

• 10+ years building large-scale distributed systems
• Backend expertise in Go, Python, or Java with cloud-native architectures
• 3+ years leading large-scale technical initiatives
• Strong system design and software engineering fundamentals
• Experience mentoring engineers

Responsibilities

• Own technical vision for Robinhood Chain, Tokenization Engine, and Robinhood Wallet
• Design, build, and operate core services for those platforms
• Write production code and set engineering quality standards
• Improve developer practices and adopt AI tooling
• Mentor engineers and raise technical bar
