You'll lead Zopa's performance marketing strategy to drive profitable new-to-bank current account growth. You'll own the long-term vision, cross-functional collaboration, and execution at pace. This role scales customer acquisition in a high-growth fintech environment.

• Set performance growth strategy and investment frameworks
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data and LTV teams
• Drive execution at speed across channels and agencies
• Champion test-and-learn culture and innovation

📋 Requirements

• Track record scaling customer acquisition in fintech/digital/marketplace
• Deep experience across major performance channels
• Experience managing large budgets, agencies and senior stakeholders
