💼 About This Role

You'll define and solve communication problems between businesses and their customers on Channel Talk. You'll own the full product lifecycle within a feature team, collaborating with PMs and engineers to ship and improve experiences. AI-driven UX design and cross-lingual contexts (Korean, Japanese, English) make this role stand out.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and solve CX problems for B2B and B2C user groups
• Own feature lifecycle from problem definition to launch and iteration
• Design consistent UX across the entire Channel Talk product
• Conduct customer visits and observe real support scenarios to validate hypotheses

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience
• UI design skills for web, mobile, and responsive web
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to conduct customer interviews, competitor research, and produce design artifacts

• Active interest and proficiency in AI tools
• Understanding of web/mobile implementation principles
• Experience with product research and user journey mapping
