You'll develop and manage paid media strategies across channels like Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok to achieve ROAS and revenue targets. You'll own campaign performance, creative testing, and cross-functional collaboration for a fast-growing global fashion brand. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok.
  • Manage weekly budgets, bid strategies, and audience performance to hit ROAS targets.
  • Execute structured creative testing roadmaps and analyze results with creative teams.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

📋 Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of paid media buying experience on Meta, Google, or Pinterest.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel ad budgets and hitting ROAS/CPA targets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution tools preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with feed management and product catalog optimization.
  • E-commerce or DTC experience highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with platform automation tools and advanced audience strategies.
